Submit poetry to the school office between April 1-30. Note on students getting jobs – all students under the age of 18 are required to obtain a work permit after they are hired, but before they start working. Work permits cost $10.00. The student is required to have a letter from the employer, showing that they have been hired, and a parent signature somewhere on that letter, and their social security card. They should bring all these things either to City Hall in Neenah, or to the main office at the high school to obtain the permit. There are many job opportunities on the NHS jobs board outside the main office! _______________________________________________________________________________ CONGRATULATIONS: Please congratulate the following students who competed in the State Finance Bowl in Milwaukee and won First Place Grand Champions out of 14 schools: Matt Bourland, Evan Thompson, Olivia Stindt, Ally Kaul. _______________________________________________________________________________ SPORTS NEWS: For complete information and schedules for all games go towww.foxvalleyassociation.org Sports this week at NHS MONDAY, MAY 04, 2015 Golf: Boys Varsity Meet 2:45pm Fond du Lac Ridgeway Golf Course Golf: Boys JV Meet 2:45pm Fond du Lac Ridgeway Golf Course Softball: Girls Varsity Game 4:00pm Kimberly Neenah High School Softball Softball: Girls JV Game 4:00pm Kimberly Neenah Memorial Park Neenah Memorial Soccer: Girls JV B Game 4:30pm Away vs. Kimberly JRG Middle School 3:00pm 3:10pm 5:30pm Soccer: Girls JV A Game 4:30pm Away vs. Kimberly JRG Middle School 3:00pm 3:10pm 5:30pm Baseball: Boys Varsity Game 4:30pm Oshkosh North Neenah High School Baseball Lacrosse: Boys JV Game 5:30pm De Pere Neenah High School Rocket Stadium Lacrosse: Boys Varsity Game 7:30pm De Pere Neenah High School Rocket Stadium TUESDAY, MAY 05, 2015 Tennis: Boys JV Meet 4:00pm Away vs. Appleton East Appleton East High School 2:30pm 2:40pm 6:00pm Tennis: Boys Varsity Meet 4:00pm Away vs. Appleton East Appleton East High School 2:30pm 2:40pm 6:00pm Track: Boys Varsity Quad 4:15pm Away vs. Multiple Schools Fond Du Lac High School 2:25pm 2:35pm Track: Boys JV Quad 4:15pm Away vs. Multiple Schools Fond Du Lac High School 2:25pm 2:35pm Track: Girls Varsity Quad 4:15pm Away vs. Multiple Schools Oshkosh West High School 2:25pm 2:35pm Track: Girls JV Quad 4:15pm Away vs. Multiple Schools Oshkosh West High School 2:25pm 2:35pm Softball: Girls Varsity Game 4:30pm Away vs. Kimberly Sunset Park 2:30pm 2:50pm 6:00pm Softball: Girls JV Game 4:30pm Away vs. Kimberly Sunset Park 2:30pm 2:50pm 6:00pm Baseball: Boys Varsity Game 4:30pm Away vs. Kaukauna Bayorgeon Field 2:45pm 2:55pm 6:30pm Baseball: Boys JV Game 4:30pm Kaukauna Neenah High School Baseball Field Baseball: Boys Frosh Game 4:30pm Kaukauna Shattuck Middle School Baseball Field Soccer: Girls Varsity Game 7:00pm Away vs. Appleton East Appleton East High School 5:35pm 9:00pm WEDNESDAY, MAY 06, 2015 Golf: Boys Varsity Invitational 9:30am Away vs. Princeton Lawsonia 7:50am 4:00pm Invite will be played at the Golf Courses of Lawsonia Tennis: Boys Varsity Match 3:20pm Away vs. De Pere De Pere High School 2:25pm 2:35pm 6:30pm THURSDAY, MAY 07, 2015 Golf: Boys Varsity Invitational 10:00am Away vs. Multiple Schools Fox Hills Resort 7:50am 5:00pm Baseball: Boys Frosh Game 4:30pm Appleton West Shattuck Middle School Baseball Field Baseball: Boys JV Game 4:30pm Appleton West Neenah High School Baseball Field Soccer: Girls JV A Game 4:30pm Oshkosh North Neenah High School Soccer Stadium Soccer: Girls JV B Game 4:30pm Oshkosh North Neenah High School Soccer Practice FieldConant Field Softball: Girls JV Game 4:30pm Fond du Lac Neenah Memorial Park Softball Field - Memorial Park #1 Softball: Girls Varsity Game 4:30pm Fond du Lac Neenah High School Softball Field Baseball: Boys Varsity Game 5:00pm Away vs. Appleton West Nienhaus Sports Complex 3:05pm 3:15pm 7:00pm FRIDAY, MAY 08, 2015 Golf: Boys Varsity Invitational 10:00am Away vs. Multiple Schools Tennis: Boys Varsity Tournament 1:00pm Away vs. Multiple Schools Nicolet & Whitefish Bay Courts Track: Girls Varsity Invitational 4:15pm Away vs. Arrowhead Arrowhead High School Baseball: Boys JV Game 4:30pm Away vs. Kimberly Baseball: Boys Varsity Game 4:30pm Kimberly Neenah High School Baseball Field Soccer: Girls JV A Game 4:30pm De Pere Neenah High School Soccer Stadium Soccer: Girls Varsity Tournament 4:30pm Away vs. Brookfield East Brookfield East High School Softball: Girls JV Game 4:30pm Oshkosh North Neenah Memorial Park Neenah Memorial Park Softball: Girls Varsity Game 4:30pm Oshkosh North Neenah High School Softball Field Baseball: Boys Frosh Game 4:30pm Away vs. Kimberly Nirschl Field Track: Boys Varsity Invitational 5:00pm Away vs. Multiple Schools Mansfield Stadium SATURDAY, MAY 09, 2015 Lacrosse: Boys JV Tournament TBD Away vs. Wausau West Wausau West High School TBA time Tennis: Boys JV Invitational 8:30am Away vs. Multiple Schools Elm Grove Village Park Tennis: Boys Varsity Tournament 8:30am Away vs. Multiple Schools Golf: Boys Varsity Invitational 9:00am Away vs. Hartford Union Erin Hills Golf Course Soccer: Girls Varsity Tournament 9:00am Away vs. Brookfield East Brookfield East High School ______________________________________________________________________________ NEWS FROM THE COUNSELING OFFICE: The following representatives will be visiting Neenah High School.
