Call to order The Representative Council was called to order at 12:38 p.m. Special Meeting with Negotiators April 21, 2014 Page 2 II. Officers' Reports Negotiating Team: Greg Creel, Vera Dunwoody, and Sue Herman The Negotiators met with the District today. A. IBB Training time/date The faculty and District work groups that will be reading the tentative agreements must go through interest based bargaining training. Up to 30 faculty may attend the training. B. List of 10 people/reader group A confidentiality statement has been drawn which must be signed by all participants in the work groups. Any member violating this confidentiality agreement will be dismissed from the work group. Members of the Faculty Work Group: Stephen Calebotta Kelly Ford (or Erik Jacobson) Bret McMurran Rod Elsdon Heather MacDonald Wendy Whitney Marie Boyd Paula Snyder Kevin Cameron Denise Johnson (or Luke Gunderson) The faculty work group will need to be finalized on or before Thursday, April 24. It is likely that no meetings with the work group will take place in August. C. Articles 1-17 Special Meeting with Negotiators April 21, 2014 Page 3 Articles should be reviewed and feedback given to the negotiation team on the timeline. Submit feedback in writing (e.g., e-mail to ccfacontract@gmail.com). What is it about the issue that is a problem? The negotiators will send us a list of notes on Articles 1-10. D. Data List The negotiators have distributed a list of data to be gathered about the Chaffey College District (e.g., number of lab sections taught per semester for a five-year period). E. Election An election will be held for the position of Treasurer.
