Social Event Pre-Planning Checklist
The Social Event Pre-Planning Checklist is designed to provide a clear roadmap for successful social events,
specifically for those where alcohol will be present. This form serves as a resource to be completed at least two
weeks prior to the date of the event, and collaboratively reviewed with the Eminent Archon, Social Chairman, Risk
Manager and Chapter Advisor. Additionally, this information should be in consult with your respective Greek advisor
to ensure compliance with their respective policies and procedures. As a reminder, the Minerva’s Shield should be
referenced and utilized prior to every social event.
Have questions about implementing an effective social event, or using this checklist? Don’t hesitate to contact your
