Cyclone Forensics Tournament

Dear Coach,
You and your team are invited to the annual Russellville High School Cyclone
Forensics Tournament on November 9-10, 2012. We promise a lot of good food and fun for
everyone!
We will be offering Finalist and Sweepstakes trophies. Deadline for entries is
Monday, November 5, 2012 at 5:00pm.There will be no refund for any team who drops
after the deadline. There will be a $20 penalty for any debate drop after this time. You
must bring a qualified judge for every 2 debate teams entered and a qualified judge for
every slate of 20 IE’s entered. You may enter two slates, Sweeps and NonSweeps.
Clearly mark each one. IPDA will be a new category this year. This will be 1 person
IPDA teams. Please let me know if you have any questions.
WE ARE USING JOY OF TOURNAMENTS FOR REGISTRATION. PLEASE
VISIT www.joyoftournaments.com to complete your entry. Please call or email if you
have any questions or trouble registering. You will be able to make changes to your
entry until November 7 at 5pm. There is a $20 judge fee for uncovered judges.
A confirmation will be sent upon receiving your entry. Please call or email me if you
do not receive a confirmation. We will have signs for entering the circle drop off and for
bus parking. Registration will begin at 4pm in the Center for the Arts. Please do not
arrive on campus before registration! The first event will begin at 4:30.
Concessions will be provided in the Cafeteria. We would appreciate your business!
Costs will be kept to a minimum. We do ask that you tell your students NOT to take food
out of the cafeteria area. A coaches/bus driver’s lounge will be provided as well.
