Complete participant’s re-certification every (6) six months and re-evaluate annually. Monitor episodes of care and treatment strategies to reach desired patient outcomes. Ensure that billable hours are supported by appropriate documentation and are reported for third party reimbursement in a timely and thorough manner Maintain a designated caseload, caseload size determined by FTE. Adhere to current APTA policies, standards, codes, and guidelines as need to provide necessary and high quality services. Engages in interagency and staff meetings, trainings, and program planning sessions. Applies effective written and oral communication skills with co-workers, participants, and public. Seeks direction from supervisor when needed. Utilize best practice methodology in the evaluation, assessment, development of measurable objectives and goals, and development of the plan of care that reflects medical necessity. Ensure services provided are guided by appropriate evidence based practices and consistent strategies are being used to achieve identified goals. Essential Job Requirements: Education • Bachelor's degree • Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and current licensure as an Physical Therapist in the State of Montana. Experience • 0-2 years • Minimum of (12) twelve months of professional experience in a pediatric clinic setting, preferred but not required.
