Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The following clarifications #2 are being provided for Macomb Community College’s
RFP 5937 – High Volume Production Color Printer/Copier:
1. Could you estimate monthly volume on the device? Split B/W versus color?
Monthly volume: 85,000 to 100,000 per month. Only 3% to 6% per month is B/W.
2. Of that volume, could you please also indicate what percentage would be
envelopes?
10,000 to 12,000 envelopes per month; envelope sizes range from smallest “A2”
to largest “9X12”.
3. Further, of the envelopes, what percentage would be color or multi-color?
All will be color, 2/3 will be multi-color.
