Quick Guide How to apply for an AP Degree Programme – FEBRUARY INTAKE This is a quick guide to help you file your application with us. Step 1: Before applying, please check that you meet the admission requirements for the programme you apply for. If you apply as a non-EU student – make sure that you can pay the required tuition fee. For further information on tuition fee, please see here: http://zibat.dk/tuition-fees-scholarships-andfinance/. Step 2: Download the application form from the menu on the left side and fill it in. 1. Personal data: name, address etc. 2. Citizenship: please remember to attach a copy of your residence permit/card, if you are a non-EU citizen who already live in Denmark 3. Upper secondary education/entry qualification 5. Previous enrolment in higher education programmes – if you tick here, you must attach documentation accordingly 6. Bonus for early study start (see explanation here/link) 7. Upper secondary supplementary (if you don’t meet certain admission requirements, e.g. mathematics B-level, and have signed up for supplementary courses) 8. Order of priority – please state all the programmes you apply for (also at other schools) in order of priority 9. Post-secondary education (if any), e.g. if you have studied in a bachelor programme 10. Passed courses in addition to your upper secondary education/entry qualification exam (if any), e.g. if you have taken supplementary courses, IT courses etc. 11. Work experience, trainee and military service (if any)– please list in chronological order and attach documentation 12. Other activities after the age of 15, including extra curricular activities (if any), e.g. participation in competition, sports achievements etc. 13. Courses at folk high schools, day high schools etc. (if any) 14. Staying abroad (outside your country of residence), if any, e.g. exchange stays, working abroad etc. Signature: please remember to sign on both pages 1 and page 2 Step 4: Prepare the accompanying documents. Together with the application form you must submit the following documents: Mandatory documentation: Diplomas and/or Certificates (original + English translation)* Transcripts of grades (original + English translation)* Language Proficiency Certificate, e.g. IELTS or TOEFL Copy of Passport (personal information page) or copy of ID card if from EU/EEA Residence Permit/card (for non-EU students who already live in Denmark) Motivation letter Documentation for your work experience, if any Optional documentation: Recommendation letters Sports activities etc. Documentation for other extra curricular activities, competitions, etc. *) Documentation for your exams (Diplomas, Certificates, Transcripts of grades etc.) must be translated into English and signed by a notary public or an equally authorized person, e.g. the institution who issued the document (If you do not have the final diploma/certificate yet, you must attach a transcript of grades for the latest 2 years. When you receive your final diploma, you must submit this in order for us to be able to confirm your final admission). All documents must be scanned and saved as ONE PDF-file. Step 5: Send your application by e-mail to apply@zibat.dk (which is an auto-reply e-mail). In the subject field please write: “application – your full name – Programme you apply for – and Campus you apply for” (e.g. Application – Niels Hansen – Marketing Management – Campus Roskilde) The application and above documents (see step 2) should be scanned as one PDF file, and it must be named “your name - the programme you apply for” (e.g. Niels Hansen – Marketing Management). REMEMBER – only one PDF file!!
