WALT DISNEY SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST
2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR
This supply list is provided as a guideline for parents. The purchase of these items is
optional.
KINDERGARTEN One set of head phones, for classroom use. (no “L” shaped jacks) 10 #2 pencils
sharpened, 1 pink eraser, 1 set Crayola Watercolor Paints, 2 boxes of 24 crayola crayons, 1 box Crayola
markers (wide tip-classic colors), 10 glue sticks, 2 large boxes of Kleenex, 1 container baby wipes, 1 Paint
shirt (used adult shirt with sleeves cut to the elbows), 1 large school backpack that can hold a folder that is
10x12, 1 plastic school box 8x5” for Mrs. Lutes’ class only, 1 Fiskars blunt tip scissors, 1-4 oz. bottle
Elmer’s school glue, 1box colored Expo dry erase markers. 1 bottle hand sanitizer, BOYS-1 box quart
ziplock baggies, GIRLS-1 box gallon ziplock baggies, 1 water bottle with pop up/secure lid to prevent
spills.
FIRST GRADE (please do not label items) One set of head phones for classroom use, (no “L”
shaped jacks) 20 sharpened #2 pencils, 2 erasers, 2-24 count crayons, 1 fiskars blunt tip scissors, 1 box of
colored pencils, 1 box crayola markers, wide tip, classic colors, 1 package dry erase markers, 2 laminated
pocket folders, 20 Elmer’s glue sticks, 2 bottles of Elmer’s school glue, 1 plastic school box (8 ½ x 5 ½ ),
1-1 inch 3 ring binder, 1 laminated pocket folder with prongs, 2 large boxes of kleenex, 1 bottle of hand
sanitizer 12 oz., 2 containers of Clorox wipes.
SECOND GRADE One set of ear buds for classroom use. (please label with child’s name) 24 count
crayons, 2 red correcting pencils, 2 red pens, 1 box colored pencils, 1 box of thin markers, 30 #2 pencils
sharpened, 1-school box no larger than 6”x8”, scissors, 2-8oz. bottles white school glue, 3 glue sticks, 2
erasers, 5 sturdy pocket folders(blue, green, yellow, red, orange) 2-large boxes kleenex, 1-wide-lined spiral
notebook, 2 composition notebooks (no spiral), 1 yellow highlighter, 1 old sock, 1-8 ounce bottle of hand
sanitizer, 3 containers of Clorox wipes. 1 old sock. Please label everything including the yellow pencils.
THIRD GRADE One set of ear buds for classroom use. 5 pocket folders (solid colors: 1 yellow, 1 red,
1 blue, 1 green, 1 black), 5 wide ruled spiral notebooks (solid colors:1 yellow, 1 red, 1 blue, 1 green, 1
black), 1 composition notebook (no spiral), 30-#2 pencils sharpened, 2 big pink erasers, 2 red checking
pens or pencils, 1 box of 24 crayons, 1 box colored pencils, 1 box of non-permanent markers, 6 glue sticks,
1 small school box, kid friendly scissors, 1 container of Clorox wipes, 1 bottle hand sanitizer, 2 large boxes
of Kleenex, 1 old sock, 1 highlighter, 1 magazine/book box. Please, NO trapper keepers or mechanical
pencils. Please DO NOT label any supplies, we will do it on the first day.
FOURTH GRADE One set of ear buds for classroom use. 1 box of crayons, 1 box of colored pencils,
1 box of washable markers (please do not remove these items from their original pkg.), 1 package of-#2
pencils sharpened, (please no pencil sharpeners or mechanical pencils), 1 pink eraser, 3 highlighters (1
green, 1 blue, and 1 yellow), 2 red checking pens or pencils, 1 bottle of white school glue and 1 package of
glue sticks, 1 pencil bag (please, no pencil boxes), 3 pocket folders, please no trapper keepers, 2-70 page
wide ruled spiral notebook, 1 composition notebook (no spiral), 2 large boxes of Kleenex, 2 containers of
Clorox wipes.
FIFTH GRADE One set of ear buds for classroom use. (no headphones) 1 box of Crayons, 2 blue ball
point pens, 4 red checking pens, wide-lined loose leaf paper, 1-70 page wide lined spiral notebook, 4
composition notebooks (no spiral), 5 pocket folders (solid colors: 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 black),
1-1 ½ inch 3 ring binder with pockets, 30-#2 pencils sharpened, 1 pencil sharpener, 2 soft pink erasers,
colored pencils, water color markers, 1 bottle of glue, 3 glue sticks, 2 yellow highlighters, 1 old sock, 1
large bottle of hand sanitizer, 3-large boxes of Kleenex, 1 large container of Clorox wipes, 1 box quart
ziplock baggies.
ALTERNATE CURRICULUM PROGRAM 12 glue sticks, 2 large pink erasers, 7 boxes of
Kleenex, 1 box of crayons, 2 bottles hand sanitizer, 3 containers of baby wipes, 1 box ziplock sandwich
bags, 1 box gallon size zip lock bags, 1 container Clorox wipes, l communication notebook, water bottle,
snacks to share with class (no peanut products, please) any other necessary items for your child.
RESOURCE 3 boxes of Kleenex
All students need something to carry materials to and from school such as a book
bag, canvas bag.
The supplies listed above comply with Millard Public Schools Policy 6750 and Neb. Rev. Stat. 79-2,135 et
seq.
