Instructions to receive continuing education credits:
To qualify for continuing education credits, each attendee must verify session attendance through ABQAURP’s online system by
following the steps below. Due to the strict regulations of the Partnership for Patients program, and in order to satisfy the reporting
requirements, all attendees will have seven (7) days to log onto the site to collect your continuing education credits.








Select the sessions you attended.
Complete the contact information. Click Submit.
Complete CMS mandatory evaluation questions. Click Submit.
Complete the activity evaluation.
Prior to submitting evaluation, click the link “Before submitting your form, click here to view and print your certificate”
to open the PDF file of your certificate. If unable to print, you will also be sent a link via email at the email address you
entered on the contact information page for printing at a later date.
You will have access to claim your credits until 11:59 pm October 5, 2012.
