Clinical Research Training Program e are pleased to announce the dates for the next Clinical Research Training Program. This CME approved training, sponsored by the UC Davis Heath System Office of Continuing Medical Education and the Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC), is designed for new and junior physicians, investigators, pharmacists, nurses, research coordinators, and staff with little or no research experience who wish to learn basic clinical research principles. This training will provide an overview of the historical, ethical, and regulatory considerations required to perform clinical research, along with opportunities for mentorship. Program instructors are from various departments and divisions of the Davis and Sacramento campuses. W Participants will be asked to attend two 8 hour sessions. Participants who attend both sessions and pass a short written exam will receive a certificate of completion. The two sessions will take place on Tuesday, October 16 and Tuesday, October 23, in the CTSC Auditorium #1400. Lunch will be provided for both sessions. This training is limited to 40 participants.
