Information Sheet
Welcome to the Ilkley Literature Festival 2015 Children’s Book Trail, which has been put together with help
from the Pickled Egg and many of our town’s great independent shops!
We hope you have fun and discover lots of exciting children’s books and great new shops! The Trail starts on
Leeds Road and the map below shows the locations of all the shops. They are numbered in trail order which
you can follow, or, of course, you can visit them in any order you like.
Look out for the Trail window stickers to help you spot the shops taking part.
In the window of each shop you will find a children’s book featured. Write the title of each book on the entry
form overleaf. When you have found all 19 books, return the completed form to the Box Office at any of the
Festival venues, The Grove Bookshop or Ilkley Visitor Information Centre by 5pm on Sunday 18 October
2015. You can take as long as you like to do the Trail.
Correct entries will be entered into a prize draw (prizes for age 12 and under only, although all ages welcome
to take part!). The winners will be informed by Friday 23 October 2015. It is free of charge to take part. Only
one entry per person please.
