Wastes level control model Figure 1 – Model “ Wastes level control” To create my model I used Generic Enterprise Model in Metis program. My case describes process of controlling levels of wastes in Russia exactly in Republic of Bashkortostan. Ministry of ecology has department of environmental safety in which there are specialists in main office and district offices who collect and control levels of wastes. The goal is to keep normal levels of wastes. With this model is possible to check is a process of controlling is going well. I will evaluate my model by if in the model will be all processes related with the process of controlling levels of wastes. There are 7 domains: people (every specialist has his specific role in his office) processes (every specialist does some work depends of his role in his office) organization (the ministry of ecology has the department of environmental safety and district offices in different cities. Every office has roles which performed by specialists) goal (the ministry of ecology has main goal to keep normal levels of wastes which is performed by the department of ecology) location (the ministry of ecology is situated in capital city and district offices is located in different cities in republic) application (specialists use AIS Cadaster of wastes to make statistic and to control levels of wastes) requirements (different users have different levels to get access to DB AIS Cadaster of wastes which is required by the ministry of ecology) This model can use ministry of ecology, specialists (in main office) and specialists (in district offices) to see processes in their responsibilities. Ministry of ecology can see all processes of controlling levels of wastes. In specialist’s views specialists can check if everyone does their work in their time (see fig. 2,3) In ministry of ecology’s view it’s possible to control work step by step (see fig. 4). So if something will be wrong it will be possible to check who was wrong. Figure 5 – Relationship matrix The department of environmental safety has the main goal is to keep normal levels of wastes so to show it in my model I created organization and goal domains. I created new relationship between “department of environmental safety” and “to keep normal levels of wastes” objects. I did it because I wanted to show that exactly this goal achieved by the department of environmental safety. This relationship I marked in figure 6. Figure 6 – Relationship My model serves its purpose because it has all processes related to process to control levels of wastes and include all participants with their roles. Enterprise architecture describes the whole business process. In my case I describe by my model only one process how is to control levels of wastes. My model doesn’t describe the whole business process in ministry of ecology just one little part.
