2. Parties must arrive on time for the scheduled meeting. Parties must allocate extra travel time
as you may encounter difficulty locating parking, long lines at the security entrance or
inclement weather.
3. Parties must be prepared by having read the Case Management Order – Pre-Decree (Form

4. Parties must bring their completed Sworn Financial Statement (Form JDF 1111) which is

dismissed without prejudice by entry of a signed minute order or separate written order.
