Discuss/vote to approve or disapprove action on the continued employment,
subject to reassignment, for the 2015-2016 school year, of the certified teachers
listed on the attached memorandum from superintendent Dr. Shelly HildebrandBeach.
Discuss/vote to approve or disapprove the hiring of Gordon Queener as math
teacher/coach for the 2015-2016 school year, pending receipt of a negative
National Criminal Record Check.
Discuss/vote to approve or disapprove the hiring of David Moates as
maintenance/transportation director for the 2015-2016 school year, pending
receipt of a negative National Criminal Record Check.
Discuss/vote to approve or disapprove adding one full day to the school calendar
to make up the inclement weather day/hours missed. May 14, 2015 would
become the last day of the school year for students and May 15, 2015 would
become the last professional day for the teachers.
Discuss/vote to approve or disapprove the FFA Judging Team to travel to
Hutchinson, KS to compete at the Hutchinson Community College Livestock
Judging Classic on Thursday, April 16, 2015.
Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of,
and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $175,000 General Obligation
Transportation Equipment Bonds of the School District.
Discuss/vote to approve or disapprove the After-Prom Parents using an Activity
Bus to transport students from Prom to Norman, OK for After-Prom festivities.
The driver would be Brenda Beckham, a school employee and will be
compensated by the After-Prom Parents.
Discuss/vote to approve or disapprove a resolution to establish Activity Account
#867, Science Camp – Elementary.

SUBJECT:
Employment Contract Recommendations for the 2015-2016 School Year.
Subject to the following conditions, a) any reassignment in accordance with Oklahoma Statutes,
and b) no extra duty assignments are being considered at this time, I recommend the classroom
teaching contracts of the following certified individuals be renewed for the 2015-2016 school
year. Any and all extra duty assignments will be considered at a later date.
