TASK: You are to create a persuasive pamphlet with the purpose of convincing people to either be a Patriot or a Loyalist during the American Revolution. Your pamphlet must include information from the reading activity that will be completed in the library with Mrs. Read. Steps to completing task: o Go to library and make research notes using provided sources, about why colonists were either Patriots or Loyalists. Your notes will go on supplied organizer along with which source you pulled the information from. You must put the source # so that you know which readings you used in order to write your Works Cited (bibliography) part of the pamphlet. o Once you complete the 2 days of research activity you must decide if you are going to persuade other colonists to be a patriot or a loyalist.
