In the attached Draft Registration Plans 2014, we have entered indicative dates and times for
your departmental introductory meeting(s), based on last year’s data. Please refer to the UGDM
sheet in the Draft Registration Plans 2014 document.
Action Required: Please review the information listed in the UGDM sheet of the Draft Registration
Plans 2014 for your department. Make any changes necessary to the course codes, timings and
venues in the relevant row(s) in a different colour and return it, with this completed form, to Emma
Hulme at registrationteam@sheffield.ac.uk by 5pm on Monday 14 April 2014. Please ensure that
departmental meetings do not clash with the central university events in the Draft Registration
Plans 2014 (see the UG sheet for details). All undergraduate students should be able to attend a
University Welcome Meeting and their timetabled Registration Event.
