IMPORTANT: Please include a contact phone number or email address with your
entry. Dates of birth must be shown on your entry. North of the Thames: First claim
runners only. Liddiard: Second claim runners may score provided their first claim club is
not competing. Club colours must be worn.
All cheques payable to “North of the Thames Cross Country Association.”
Please add £2.00 per club for the affiliation fee for the 2015/16 season.
NOTE: if you are entering the Liddiard Trophy as well as the North of the Thames
Championship, please add a separate cheque for £5, which covers both men’s and
women’s races, payable to Queens Park Harriers.
Entry forms are enclosed. IMPORTANT: please indicate on the entry form if your
club is entering both the North of the Thames and Liddiard competitions or solely
the North of the Thames Championship.
Parking in nearby roads, but not at Church Hall. Toilets will be available at the Church
Hall. No showers. Very limited changing facilities. We recommend that participants
arrive in their running kit. Please note that the Church Hall will not be available until
12.30pm.
UNDER 17 MEN, 3 miles, starting at 1.55pm
All entrants must be Under 17 as per UKA Rules. Each club may enter an unlimited
number of names. The entry fee is £2.00 per runner.
Awards: Medals for the first three individuals.
Please note that in the event of a very small entry, the U17 race may be combined with
the womens’ race, starting at 2.00pm.

UNDER 17, UNDER 20 AND SENIOR WOMEN, 3 miles, starting at 2.00pm
NORTH of the THAMES - The first four to finish score as the team.
LIDDIARD TROPHY – three to score.
All entrants must be Under 17, Under 20 or Senior Women as per UKA Rules. Each club
may enter an unlimited number of names.
The entry fee for Under 17 and Under 20 Women is £2.00 per runner.
The entry fee for Senior Women is: up to 16 runners - £16.00 per team. Additional to
team – £2.00 per runner.
Masters (35+) must be clearly marked on the entry to be eligible for Masters awards.
Awards: Under 17 and Under 20 women: Medals for the first three individuals.
Senior Women: The Les Golding Memorial Cup to the winning Senior Women’s team
(including U17 and U20 women). Three sets of medals for the first three teams, the first
three individuals and the first three Masters (over 35).
UNDER 20 MEN, 5 miles, starting at 2.30pm
All entrants must be Under 20 as per UKA Rules. Each club may enter an unlimited
number of names. The entry fee is £2.00 per runner.
Awards: Medals for the first three individuals.
SENIOR MEN, 5 miles, starting at 2.30pm
NORTH of the THAMES - The first six to finish score as the team.
LIDDIARD TROPHY – eight to score.
All entrants must be Seniors as per UKA Rules. Each club may enter an unlimited
number of names. The entry fee for Senior Men is: up to 16 runners - £16.00 per team.
Additional to team – £2.00 per runner.
Masters (40+) must be clearly marked on the entry to be eligible for Masters awards.
Awards: North of the Thames: The Finch-Wayte trophy to the individual winner. The
TVH Centenary Trophy to the winning team (including U20 men). The Booth Cup to the
winning Masters team (4 to score). The Essex Cup to the Essex club to finish 12 runners
with the lowest total score. The Middlesex Cup to the Middlesex club to finish 12
runners with the lowest total score. Three sets of medals for the first three teams, the first
three individuals and the first three Masters (over 40). There are also North of the
Thames 4 and 8-to-score trophies.
The London Business Houses Championships will be held in conjunction with the above
