Potential participating laboratories were those included in lists provided by: 1) International
Atomic Energy Agency, 2) American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, 3) European Council on
Nuclear Cardiology, 4) Intersocietal Accreditation Commission, 5) Comissão Nacional de
Energia Nuclear, and 6) Society of Nuclear Medicine-India (publicly available list). INCAPS
regional coordinators for the Americas, United Kingdom, Africa, Israel, Middle East, South
Asia, East Asia, and Oceania identified additional potential laboratories. In some cases, an
additional email was sent by regional organizations to their respective memberships.
