Head Coaches for the respective 9 Leeds Force junior national league teams will be announced over the next several weeks on
the club website www.leedsforcebasketballfoundation.org and club Facebook page ‘Leeds Force Foundation’ – please Like to
keep up to date with all club news, events and updates. In the meantime key contacts for Leeds Force are Matt Newby

2015/16 Competition Structure
All 9 teams will be competing in the Basketball England junior national league with the Academy also competing in D3 Men. For
further information please visit: http://www.basketballengland.co.uk. Full junior league structures will be announced July 2015.
2015/16 Membership (September 2015 – July 2016) Payment Options
For all 2014/15 returning players and new sign ups received prior to the end of August 2015 then the 2014/15 membership rates
will still apply and this will cover all registration, training and home/away game expenses for the 2015/16 academic year…
Annual = £200
Bi-Annual = £110 in August 2015 and £110 in January 2016 (£220)
Monthly = £23 per month x 10 months starting August 2015 plus *£10 registration fee (£240). *Please note if paying monthly,
then the additional £10 will be required upfront to register your son with Basketball England.
…for any payments made after 30th August 2015 then the 2015/16 membership rates will apply £210 / 2 x £115 (£230) / 10 x
£24 plus £10 registration fee (£250).
2nd child membership rate = Full membership is payable for a younger sibling due to the reduced U18 I membership.

How Do I Sign My Son Up for 2015/16?
Please complete, sign and return (in person on via the post) the attached participant form along with a copy of your child’s
passport plus headshot photo (new JNL players only) for his 2015/16 licence card along with your membership payment.
Cheques made payable to ‘Leeds Force Junior National League Basketball’ and sent to: FAO Mark Gunn, LFBF, 5 Buckstone Way,
Leeds LS17 5HE. Alternatively direct debit can be set up payable to Leeds Force Junior National League Basketball (Santander)
