STATUTES
1. General regulations
1.1. Present Statutes of International Competition for music of the Krasnoyarsk
International Music Festival of the Asia-Pacific region (hereinafter - Competition) determines
the procedure of organizing and carrying the Competition, procedure of participation and
election of winners.
1.2. The organizer of the Competition is the Krasnoyarsk State Autonomous Cultural
Establishment “International and Regional Cultural Affairs Centre” (hereinafter – Organizer).
1.3. The Competition is held in order to draw attention of the global community to a
great cultural event - the Krasnoyarsk International Music Festival of the Asia-Pacific region
(hereinafter – the APF), to reveal talented composers, to develop cultural and spiritual values, to
create a recognizable piece of music associated with the APF.
1.4. The information about the Competition is published on the APF official website
www.apfest.com, the official APF webpages in social networks (Vkontakte, Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram).
1.5. The Competition is open to all individuals - physical and legal persons, individual
authors and groups of authors regardless their residence (hereinafter - participants).
1.6. The Competition is held from November 16, 2015 to March 31, 2016.
2. The Competition format and selection criteria
The participants are supposed to write APF music.
The Organizer accepts only copyright music projects that meet the following

requirements:
the originality of the music (not allowed to use existing musical works created by other
authors);
the possibility to play the music on solemn occasions;
high ideological, ethical, and professional level of work.
2.3. The project of the APF music is to be a piece of music for up to 3 minutes, that
can be used for live solo or collective performance and (or) the studio recording.
2.4. The participant is to provide an application consisting of:
1) filled in application form (see Enclosure #1 or Enclosure #2);
2) warranty copyright (see Enclosure #3);
3) consent to personal data processing (see Enclosure #4);
4) audio recording (MP3 format);
5) music scores (PDF or JPG format).
2.5. The number of applications from a participant is not limited.
2.6. The best work will be used as the official music of the APF.

3. The Competition procedure
Admission to the Competition is carried out from November 16, 2015 to March

3.2. Applications are to be sent by e-mail: ap-fest@mail.ru marked as "APF Music
Competition".
3.3. A commission of experts that consists of leading figures of culture and art of the
Krasnoyarsk region who have the appropriate professional qualifications, categories and titles
evaluates submitted works and selects up to three best ones from 01 to 15 April 2016.
3.4. The results will be announced on April 18, 2016 by publishing information on the
Organizer’s website www.apfest.com in the "Take part in the competition" section.
3.5. The winners will be awarded by May 31, 2016.
4. Requirements for the works submitted to the Competition
4.1. All the works are to be provided along with the information about the author,
contained in the application form.
4.2. The applications that are filled in accordance with the requirements of the present
Statutes and its enclosures are allowed to take part in the Competition.
4.3. Entries will not be reviewed and returned.
4.4. The Organizer reserves the right to use the entries with affiliation for information
purposes.
5. Awarding of the Competition Winners
5.1. The commission of experts selects the best works by blind auditions1.
5.2. The commission of experts selects one winner who takes the first place.
5.3. The second and third places are also decided by the commission of experts.
5.4. Participants who take the first, second and third places in the Competition
(hereinafter – the winners) get diplomas and prizes.
The Organizer announces the following prizes:
1st place - a cash prize of 30 000 rubles, a gift with the APF logo.
2nd place – a cash prize of 20 000 rubles, a gift with the APF logo.
3rd place - a cash prize of 10 000 rubles, a gift with the APF logo.
5.5. The cash prizes are paid in Russian rubles according to the exchange rate
established by the Central Bank of Russia on the date of payment subject to deduction of taxes
under applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.6. The works of the winners will be posted on the APF website www.apfest.com.
5.7. In case if the music is written by two authors or more a cash prize is to be divided
between them in equal parts.
5.8. The cash prize is to be transferred to the winners’ bank accounts.
5.9. All the participants get diplomas by e-mail put on the Application form.
6. Final clauses
6.1. Consultation regarding participation in the Competition is available by calling

6.2. The present Statutes are published in the newspaper "Our Krasnoyarsk region".

Consent to personal data processing
Hereby, to the satisfaction of the Federal Law dated by July 27, 2006 № 152-FL "On

Organizer of Competition to the processing of my personal data.
I am aware and I understand that under the processing of personal data means the
collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use,
distribution (including transmission), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, and any other

Also the personal data refers to any information that has to do with me as a subject of
