ISETCSC- STUDENT DEVELOPMENT AND CAREER PLAN Development Plan: When a student becomes an ISETCSC member, he or she will work with their ISETCSC advisor(s) to create a development and career plan that provides milestones based on the goals listed below. (ISETCSC Form page 2). This planning form is due at the beginning of the student’s first semester with the ISETCSC (either September for the fall or January for the spring semester). Reporting: Students will use the reporting form (ISETCSC Form page 3) to chronicle their progress at the end of each semester, and possibly the summer session (a total of two or three reports per year).
