Tindley Accelerated Schools Enrollment Process and Checklist Thank you for your interest in the Tindley Accelerated Schools! Your online application was successfully submitted. You have just completed the first step in the enrollment process. Please use this as a guide and checklist to fully complete the enrollment of your scholar in one of our awesome schools. There are no admission requirements or interviews nor are there admission or tuition fees required to get into any of the Tindley Accelerated Schools. ○ Step One: Apply for enrollment online (You just completed this step!!!) ○ Step Two: Pick up your enrollment packet from the enrollment office located at 3960 Meadows Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46205 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) ○ Step Two: Complete and sign your enrollment packet (Your scholar must sign pages nine and eleven (9 & 11)) (Kindergarteners only: gather your required supporting documents) Birth Certificate Immunizations ○ Step Three: Submit your enrollment packet to the enrollment office located at 3960 Meadows Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46205 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) ○ Step Four: Sign the Withdrawal/Records Request Form, which will be provided when your enrollment packet is submitted and your scholar has been guaranteed a seat ○ Step Five: Receive your status letter of a guaranteed seat or waiting list ○ Step Six: Ensure your child attends his/her orientation (Date and time will be announced at a later date) If you have any questions or concerns at any time during this process, please do not hesitate to contact our enrollment coordinator at 317.545.1745, extension 777 or 317.313.1590.
