Incident # 12345F Name: Jessie Mobley #15610 On Tuesday November 4, 2012, at approximately 18:00 hours, I proceeded to Florida Southern College, Ordway, Criminology Lounge, Polk County, Florida in reference to a deceased female discovered after a 911 call. I arrived at approximately 18:06 hours, made contact with Deputy J. Gardner and was directed through the scene. I was advised that the department received a 911 call from a neighbor about shouting, a scuffle, and gunshots. When Deputy Gardner arrived at the scene the deceased female was found and a suspect was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries. The scene is described as the Ordway Criminology Lounge located on the south side of the roadway facing north. The apparent point of entry is the northern and only door to the lounge room. From the entry point looking into the room, along the eastern wall there was a stand-alone chalk board, two chairs, a five-headed lamp, and a small desk/side table. Located to the west of the two chairs there was a deceased female lying on her back and her head was oriented towards the southeastern corner of the room. The female looked as if as if she suffered several puncture wounds. There was also an apparent blood trail on the floor running parallel to the body but to the north of it. To the south of the body, along the southern wall of the room there was a television on a rolling stand and a large table. Along the western wall were a lamp with one round shade and a small cart with a microwave on it to the north of the lamp. Pushed off the wall a couple of feet to the east was another large table. The table had three overturned chairs around it. There was an overturned chair at the southwestern corner of the table, another closer to the southeastern corner, and the last was closest to the northeastern corner of the large table. In between the two chairs to the east of the table, I located a handgun and two spent bullet casings. The casings looked to have been from a .40 caliber weapon. Also, underneath the overturned chair that was farthest to the north, I found a knife coated in a red substance. On the northern wall close to the western corner there was two chairs and further east on the wall was a mounted flat screen television. To the east of the television screen there was a bullet hole in the wall and some blood spatter. The bullet hole and blood was just to the west of the point of entry/exit on the northern wall. The apparent point of exit is also the door located on the northern wall. I photographed the scene as observed on arrival using a digital camera. I obtained the following measurements of the scene: North-South Wall: 17’ 15” East-West Wall: 17’ 6” Incident # 12345F Name: Jessie Mobley #15610 Northeast Corner Evidence Marker Northwest Corner 16’ 6” A 10’ 2” 9’ 2” B 7’ 2” 8’ 2” 6’ 9” 9’ 11” C D E 8’ 8” 8’ 1” 13’ 8” 13’ 2” F 17’ 3” 7’ 2 ½” G 7’ 11” 13’ 2” H 17’ 3” 15’ 5” I 12’ 1” 13’ 4” Head 18’ 2” 12’ Waist 16’ 11’ 5” Right Hand 15’ 11” 13’ 1” Left Hand 16’ 3” 11’ 2” Right Foot 13’ 2” Please see attached sketch I collected the following items as evidence: - Gun from Criminology Lounge floor @ 18:30 hours - Shell casing #1 from Criminology Lounge floor @ 18:32 hours - Shell casing #2 from Criminology Lounge floor @ 18:33 hours - Knife from Criminology Lounge floor @ 18: 34 hours - Piece of Red Thread from victims shorts @ 18:50 hours - Swab of spatter from the spatter on the floor @ 18:38 hours - Swab of spatter from the blood on the victims clothing @ 18: 36 hours - Swab of spatter from the northern wall @ 18:42 hours I submitted the swabs to FDLE for DNA analysis.
