2015
A warm welcome goes out to all our Open
Door families as we begin the ’15- ’16 school year.
As I visit the classrooms I observe happy, busy children engaged in many activities.
Our teachers have a talent of setting up classrooms rich in creativity and exploration, providing an optimum learning environment for their developing minds. As an added bonus they’re having fun while learning is taking place.
The newest member of our Open Door staff is
Mrs. Meme Signor, an aide in our
Tuesday/Thursday three year old class. An experienced early childhood teacher and current Open Door parent she is delighted to be back in the classroom. Welcome aboard!
th
You are invited to join the Open Door staff at our adult only Open House Wednesday,
October 7 th from 7 until 8pm. Explore your child’s world and see what happens behind those doors every week.
A highlight of the Open House will be a slide show of your children learning, discovering and having fun with their teachers and friends. After the presentation and slide show, teachers will be available to answer any general questions you may have.
We are looking forward to your visit to our classrooms on Wednesday, October 7 th at
7:00 PM. We hope you’ll be pleased by what you see as you experience a bit of your child’s world here at Open Door.
After the teacher’s presentation, please join the board and other parents for beverages and dessert. In some cases parents will have dessert first, and then meet with their child’s teacher because of space considerations in the classroom. Please check the RSVP card for your scheduled time. Hope to see you there!
Thank you for choosing ODNS for your preschooler. An exciting year is about to unfold!
Sincerely,
Melinda Bibko
