Senior Compensation/HRIS Analyst

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Compensation/HRIS Analyst to contribute to the implementation
and execution of Global Compensation programs and technology for our rapidly expanding
organization. Responsibilities include compensation benchmarking, analysis and reporting in
addition to supporting the preparation and execution of company-wide tools and programs (salary
ranges, bonus, annual compensation review, etc.) from both a Compensation and Technology
perspective.
Additionally, this role evaluates, analyzes, designs, and maintains company Human Resources
Information Systems (HRIS) including analysis of HR requirements and software products to fulfill
the growth needs of the organization. Ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report
writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Serves as lead HR
analyst in metrics and statistical data reporting for all HR disciplines.
Responsibilities:
 Serves as department subject matter expert in HR Systems. Evaluates, analyzes,








designs, and maintains company Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Continually evaluates Fundtech’s HRIS/reporting needs.
Assists in the design, implementation and administration of annual salary review, short
term incentive plans, promotions and recognition.
Responsible for compensation administration of the annual salary review processes.
Provides guidance and input to department management on effective application of total
compensation bringing HR insight and point of view to evaluate individual employee
assessments.
Performs market pricing of benchmark jobs, contributes to Radford compensation
surveys and adjusts Radford leveling across all divisions
Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures
recommending plan revision, as well as new plans that are cost effective and consistent
with compensation trends and institutional objectives.
Evaluates and grades jobs arising out of reorganizations and acquisitions
Create and generate accurate reports from Fundtech. Audit, analyze and present the
data in needed format (data files, charts, metrics, and trackers).
Responsible for maintaining and updating salary ranges aligned to the job grade and
banding structure.
Responsible for the administration and integrity of companywide job and compensation
analysis requests for all new and existing roles.

Responsible for supporting HR Management in the development and management of the
annual budget for all HR related expenses including, headcount, wages, and other
relevant line items.
Provide on-going compensation analysis, forecasting and reporting for management,
including development and modification of salary plans/structures.
Oversees the job description and competency library for all departments to ensure
compliance with internal operating procedures and applicable law.
Collaborates with the HR team in formulating and implementing human resources policy
and practices, developing and automating best-in-class business processes, and serving
as a business/employee advocate.
Qualifications/Experience:










A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Management/Systems
or related field required. CCP certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of combined compensation and HRIS experience in a senior level
analyst capacity. Advanced knowledge of compensation practices, HR systems,
performance management, HR Analytics, and federal and state employment laws
Excellent consulting skills; Excellent client management and business literacy skills;
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer proficiency in all MS Software including Excel, Power Point, Word
and Access required
Creative, innovative and flexible
Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced,
high volume environment
Strong problem-solving aptitude and decision making skills
Excellent analytical abilities combined with a clear focus on thoroughness and quality
