10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. – Break and Introduce Ultimate Frisbee
12:30 – 1:00 – Registration for grades 7th – 12th @ the track
1:00 p.m. - Introductions & Warm-up
1:30 p.m. – Run 3 miles
2:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. – Break and Introduce Ultimate Frisbee

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. – Speed Workout with Shane Martin
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Cool down and Ultimate Frisbee or Kickball
