Change Orders Mrs. Hibbard recommends Board approval of the following Change Orders: CO VL-002 Provide all labor, material, and equipment to provide and perform the following: To open each of the four (4) lift cylinders and remove old sand, which had settled to lower half of each piston; refilling each cylinder with pea stone to provide sufficient weight on down/return cycle. Remove approximately 50 sq. ft. of 6” concrete slab and expose the existing 4” trench drain piping. The sum of $5,072.00 is to be applied to the remaining contractor’s contingency allowance of $66.00, allowance balance remaining $0.00. The Contract Sum will be changed by this Change Order in the amount of $5,006.00 CO MC-001 Provide all labor, material, and equipment to provide and perform the following: Replace the unit heater gas flue with a new B-Vent. Relocate the existing thermostat to accommodate the new racking system layout. The sum of $ 1,187.00 is to be applied to the contractor’s contingency allowance of $4,000.00, allowance balance remaining $2,813 to be applied as a credit to the contract sum.
