Mrs. Williamson of the Tioughnioga Riverside Academy and Jackie Sporer of the Maine Endwell
Middle School for coordinating the recent joint concert held on Wednesday, March 17th in the
Whitney Point High School Auditorium. Each band performed an individual piece and then the
bands performed two pieces together.

The teachers and administrators involved in planning, coordinating and presenting the
successful Whitney Point Central School District Superintendent’s Conference Day on March 19,
2010 (please see attached):

b. Bond Resolution
Mrs. Hibbard recommends Board approval the attached Bond Resolution authorizing the issuance of
$428,270.00 aggregate principal amount serial bonds of the Whitney Point Central School District to
finance the acquisition of school buses for the District.

c. Change Orders
Mrs. Hibbard recommends Board approval of the following Change Orders:
CO VL-002
Provide all labor, material, and equipment to provide and perform the following:
To open each of the four (4) lift cylinders and remove old sand, which had settled to
lower half of each piston; refilling each cylinder with pea stone to provide sufficient
weight on down/return cycle.
Remove approximately 50 sq. ft. of 6” concrete slab and expose the existing 4” trench
drain piping. The sum of $5,072.00 is to be applied to the remaining contractor’s
contingency allowance of $66.00, allowance balance remaining $0.00.
The Contract Sum will be changed by this Change Order in the amount of $5,006.00
CO MC-001
Provide all labor, material, and equipment to provide and perform the following:
Replace the unit heater gas flue with a new B-Vent.
Relocate the existing thermostat to accommodate the new racking system layout.
The sum of $ 1,187.00 is to be applied to the contractor’s contingency allowance
of $4,000.00, allowance balance remaining $2,813 to be applied as a credit to the
contract sum.
The Contract Sum will be changed by this Change Order in the amount of $(2,813.00)
