LV hypoplasia – lateral funnel Fontan with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma. To review echo, MRI, CT scan and CP study. For consideration of combined heart-liver transplant. Case 2 – Dr. Roche Dx: Mucopolysaccharidosis type 1 H-S: Hurler-Scheie Syndrome. Severe mitral and aortic stenosis. Moderate aortic regurgitation. To review cath. Management planning. Case 3 – Drs. Roche/Benson Dx: Tricuspid atresia, pulmonary atresia, hypoplastic RV and intact ventricular septum, status post extra-cardiac Fontan. Progressive cyanosis. To review cath, echo, CT scan and CP study. Surgical/interventional referral. Case 4 – Dr. Wald Dx: Pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect, post conduit (right ventricle to pulmonary artery). Severe RV-PA conduit stenosis. Moderate right ventricular dilatation. Accessory LAD from the RCA, not crossing the RVOT. Residual ventricular septal defects (muscular). DiGeorge syndrome. Mild aortic root and ascending aortic dilatation. To review cath, echo, MRI and CP study. Surgical referral. Case 5 – Dr. Roche Dx: TOF with previous PVR. To review cath. Interventional referral. Case 6 – Dr. Wald Dx: Congenital aortic stenosis post ROSS/Konno. RV-PA homograft dysfunction (stenosis and severe regurgitation). To review cath, echo, MRI, CT scan, EST and CP study.
