Case 2 – Drs. Chisholm and Peterson Dx: 32 year old female. Ross procedure at 19. Endocarditis in 2008. Severe AI,
pulmonary stenosis and regurg. To review echo, MRI and CT scan.
Case 3 – Dr. Wald Dx: LCx to CS fistula with history of thrombotic occlusion and MI. Considering pregnancy. To review cath,
echo and MRI.
Case 4 – Dr. Roche Dx: Asymptomatic. Metallic mitral valve since 1995. Chronic moderate mitral stenosis. To review TEE
and cath.
Case 5 – Dr. Roche Dx: Post uni-focalization repair of TOF. Severe RV enlargement and mild dysfunction. Evidence of
