SEASON TICKET HOLDER POLICIES Lost, Stolen, Forgotten, Destroyed Tickets If your tickets are lost, forgotten or destroyed, the most efficient option is to simply log on to “My 49ers Account” and forward the ticket to your own personal e-mail address. Once you have received the E-Ticket, print the ticket and bring it with you to the game. If “My 49ers Account” is not an option, the Season Ticket Holder whose name is on file may request duplicate tickets. To request duplicated tickets, please call 415-464-9377 (press option 1) Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that any duplicated ticket issued/e-mail forwarded will supersede the original for seating at Candlestick. Those using original tickets when duplicates have been issued will be questioned and escorted to the exit. Change of Address If you have an address change, please submit it in writing to the 49ers Ticket Office. It is the responsibility of the season ticket holder to notify the 49ers Ticket Office of any change in contact information to insure prompt delivery of ticket, notices and other dated materials. Personal Accounts: All contact information must be submitted in writing with the signature of the current season ticket holders of record. Joint accounts require the signatures of all current holders of record. Contact information may also be updated online by logging in to your 49ers account at 49ers.com/myaccount. No Contact information changes will be accepted by telephone or e-mail for personal accounts. Business Accounts: Contact information changes concerning season tickets held by a business must be written on company letterhead stationary and require the signature of an appropriate company official. Please include your season ticket account number, daytime phone number, and e-mail address. No contact information changes will be accepted by telephone, email or online for business accounts. However, account seniority is non –transferable. Transfer of season ticket forms may be obtained from the 49ers Ticket Office. All transfers must be in writing with the notarized signature of the current holder of record. Joint accounts require notarized signatures of all current holders of record. Transfers concerning season tickets held by a company must be written on letterhead stationery and require the notarized signature of an appropriate company official. A $10.00 transfer fee must accompany each transfer request. The transfer policy will remain in effect for upcoming seasons unless amended or terminated. Ticket Exchange Credit After tickets have been sold on the Ticket Exchange system, credit can be used in a variety of ways. The credit may be used to purchase additional tickets during the season through the Account Services Department 24 hours prior to game time. At the completion of the season, credit may also be used to renew the accounts season tickets. . Will Call Will Call is located at Gate A and is open on game days ONLY. Will Call opens three (3) hours before kickoff. A government-issued photo ID is required for pickup of all tickets. Parking Lots are designated by pass and color on game days. Please respect and adhere to posted signs and parking / traffic personnel. Amplified sound is PROHIBITED Excessive consumption of alcohol is PROHIBITED Unauthorized vehicles or vehicles FAILING TO PARK IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS (typically defined by the painted lines) will be towed and stored at the owner's expense. Space is granted on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to those with parking passes. For further information, please refer to the contract on the back of the 49ers Parking passes. Each parking space must be used for vehicle parking only. Spaces may not be used for tailgating. Tailgating is allowed in front of or behind vehicles. Any violation may result in citation and/or towing. Please dump coals into the appropriate receptacles located throughout the lots. Do not dump coals onto the parking surface. Tents or canopies exceeding an 8’ x 8’ footprint ARE PROHIBITED Parking spaces are not assigned. A limited number of spaces may be sold day of game (weather permitting) on a first-come, first-served basis. (Day of game spaces will most likely sell out before 9:00 AM). Reserving spaces is NOT PERMITTED. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR UNUSED PARKING PASSES. A refund or credit will be made only for games not played at the stadium. The parking pass allows for one space per vehicle only, and will be limited to vehicles measuring less than 17’ in length and 8’ in width. All others must park in the RV Lot or perimeter lots. Self-contained campers less than 17 feet must park in the RV Lot. 49ers parking passes may not be used in the bus, limo or RV lots: You may not apply the price of your 49ers parking pass to the price of these lots. The San Francisco 49ers or its agents shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss to said automobile or any other article left in the same.
