Ivy Child International (Ivy Child) is a non-profit organization providing health and well-being services for children, families, and communities. Our mission is to “Help Each Child Achieve Their Best” - We enhance the social and emotional well-being of children by recognizing their multicultural needs, using education and positive psychology as a uniting force to inspire resilience and leadership.
Internship/Volunteer Descriptions
Our team at Ivy Child International is looking for interns and volunteers to join our diverse team by contributing their time, skills and energy. We work with children and youth to improve community health and well-being.
Some of our key programs include yoga and mindfulness, music, art, anti-bullying, and leadership. We tailor each of our programs to serve the diverse needs of our multicultural community.
Interns and volunteers will have the opportunity to work with the Ivy Child leadership team. Responsibilities will range from daily tasks to long-term projects.
Requirements

Undergraduate students or graduate students in good academic standing.
OR
Students and professionals with relevant field experience.

Skills required: Flexible, self-motivated, excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), creative, efficient, and effective leadership skills.

Must have a genuine interest and past experience with working with children.
 Interest must align with Ivy Child’s vision, mission, and values.
*All internships are structured to meet the needs of each department and can be designed to meet the credit/hour requirements of the student. All internships are unpaid.
