Fully lined and debris-free vehicle when waste
is not contained in leak-tight
DOT approved containers?
Containers are labeled prior to transport?
Containers are free of debris?
Bags are free of splits or tears?
All equipment is isolated from asbestos waste?
Is waste disposed of in the following manner:
All containers inspected while unloaded and
handled gently?
All liner materials are placed in bags or other
containers and discarded?
A waste shipment record is completed and
submitted to DHEC within 45 days of
abatement completion
