increased to 15 days from the day of the
day of the accident.
The trigger point has increased from over
three days to over seven days
incapacitation (not counting the day on
which the accident happened).

the HSE Inspector, there has been a
contravention of health and safety law
that requires them to notify the duty
holder, in writing, of that opinion.
