SERC Graduate Intern Academy Eligibility: SERC is looking for the brightest graduates with degrees in disciplines related directly to the skills and knowledge required in our operational departments. To be eligible for the SERC Graduate Intern Academy, you must have a relevant degree attained within the last 24 months and must be able to work without restriction in terms of visa/permit requirements. We are currently offering intern opportunities internship opportunities within our Prince’s Trust TEAM programme. The Prince’s Trust TEAM programme is a 12 week personal development programme aimed at 16-24 year olds and involves a community project, work placement and a residential. Its primary aim is to build confidence, motivation and skills to help unemployed young people return to education or move into employment. The College is seeking to appoint graduate interns to support the TEAM project leader on each site.
