She has over 30 years of operational and project experience including operational review & assessment studies; service integration (multi-service/multi-unit); dining service and meal delivery service programs; oversight reviews; implementation processes; and request for proposal (RFP) leadership. Louise Merriman, MS, RD, CDN is the Director of Clinical Nutrition at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. A passionate advocate for the profession of dietetics and care of patients, Louise has worked on interdisciplinary programs for early identification, documentation and treatment of malnourished patients since the 1980’s. Mary Lee Chin, MS, RDN specializes in health and nutrition communications. She is consulted regularly by the media on significant health and food issues. Her company, Nutrition Edge Communication, consults on public relations health initiatives, with a focus on clarifying news about controversial nutrition and food issues. Dr. Samantha Boardman, MD, MAPP is a published author for the American Journal of Psychiatry and contributing writer to various accredited media platforms such as the Huffington Post and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal Magazine. Suzanne Gerdes, MS, RD, CDN is a Nutritionist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and a Pilates expert. She uses her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition to understand the body and relay it to her clients through balanced yet challenging workouts that are suited to each individual’s preferences and capabilities. As a way to prevent injuries as a dancer, she began taking Pilates classes and instantly fell in love with its mechanics. Steve Zagor has over 25 years of experience in various aspects of the hospitality industry and has extensive experience in the planning, development, analysis and management of a wide variety of projects with particular emphasis on the food service industry. He is a preeminent consultant as well as the Dean of Culinary Business and Management Programs at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. In addition, he is a Clinical Associate Professor in the College of Food, Nutrition and Public Health at New York University. He is a frequent speaker for hospitality groups and has been quoted extensively in industry and general publications. He appeared as a contributing expert on the Food Network’s Recipes for Success. He served on the Board of Directors of a restaurant company at Universal Studios in Orlando.
