This is a Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, hourly position. Crew members will be working in an outdoor setting on a 6-person crew using a variety of hand tools to complete conservation projects, such as trail maintenance, fence-building, and invasive weed removal. The crew will also participate in educational activities as part of their work week. BYC Crew Members must be between 16-18 years of age (as of June 1st), be eligible to work in the U.S., be willing and able to work hard in an outdoor setting, and have a good attitude. The BYC program emphasizes teamwork, personal development, and conservation service work to the community through this crew.
