Evidence for Evolution
Integrated Science 2
2/14
Name:
Period:
Procedure
1. Your team of 2-3 students will research one of the following evidences for evolution:
 Homologous and Analogous Structures
 Biogeography
 Fossil Evidence
 Molecular Evidence
 Embryology
2. Become an expert on your topic by doing research. Use the following sources for research:
 Evolution Reading Outline assignment
 Website links listed below
 Create your own web search - Google “evolution evidence <topic>”
3. Create a poster including the following information:
 Title
 Detailed description of how this topic is an evidence for evolution
 At least 2 specific examples with diagrams and pictures to support each example.
4. Prepare to present your poster. You will teach a group of students about your evidence for evolution. Be
prepared to explain your evidence in detail and to answer questions as needed.
5. While listening to the presentations from other groups, take notes by completing the attached table.
