Executive Board Voting Members
 Elected & Appointed District Officers/Chairmen (Joye Davisson & Phyllis Audiss)
 Club Presidents or their appointee
As time permits, we will go over the following: (Priority)
1. Convention Art Display Committee- Barbara Lerma & Joye Davisson Convention Chairman;
Phyllis Audiss, Art Display Chairman
 Assignments etc.
2. CFWC Election Committee- candidate to represent AREA D (elected at Palomar Convention- non
election year)- no criteria to run for this position. If elected at AREA D at the May 28-30, 2015
Convention in San Jose, the election committee will serve at the CFWC Convention in Irvine
(May 19-21, 2016)- Nancy Jones has volunteered (need to elected at April 29 Convention)
3. CFWC Nominating Committee- Palomar candidate must have previously served on the CFWC
State Board. If elected at AREA D at the May 28-30, 2015 Convention in San Jose, the CFWC
nominating committee will serve at the CFWC State Board in San Diego (Feb 26-27, 2016)Eligible members- Susan Fowler, Diana Smith….any others
4. Palomar Nominating Committee- to be elected at the April 29 Convention (non election year)Pat Harvey has volunteered to serve on the committee
5. Palomar Election Committee- will be appointed at the October 2014 Executive Board meeting
6. Stay at Home Tea District Fundraiser (Linda Bridges, Chairman)
a. Encourage clubs/members to return donations by May 31st. Suggestion- have clubs
collect donations from members and write one club check to Palomar District.
b. Club Presidents, please offer my thanks to your members who served on the work
party-Sharon Siegfried, Laura Dolloff, Jane Voltmer, Shirley Ledda, Myrna Binford &
Debbie Bainbridge!
7. Bylaw Committee (Rosalia Zamora, Chairman)
a. Affiliate Clubs- District Membership vs. District Responsibilities
b. Other?
8. Treasurer’s Report (Shirley Ledda)
9. Budget Committee- (Shirley Ledda, Chairman)
a. Club Information Form, Palomar Information Form & Palomar Dues= $5.00
10. Proposed Calendar of Events- 2015-16- please review & respond to Linda prior to June 1st.
a. Budget Meeting- Shirley Ledda (location choice) - Is early August OK?
b. Aug 25, 2015 (Tuesday) - Ex Board meeting- approve budget- ***this is after CFWC
Board- San Dieguito can you host at the Encinitas Bank?
c. September 22, 1015 (Tuesday) - Board of Directors- Julian can you host?
d. October 27, 2015 (Tuesday) - Dean’s Workshop & Mini Ex. Board. Bonsall can you host
at LaSala room?
