Per SHAPE guidelines, this is a requirement at the platinum level,
which we are striving for.

Discussion and approval of registrations and membership dues
Chapter will pay for active board and leadership members:
1. Chapter will pay for CWSHRM board and leadership
membership dues beginning in 2015 – unanimous
approval.
2. Chapter will pay for board and leadership state
conference early bird registration fees beginning in 2015.
To be reviewed annually based on financial status of
chapter. Be sure to notify treasurer if you are going
promptly in order for Chapter to take advantage of the
early bird registration fee – unanimous approval.
3. Chapter will pay for national SHRM dues for board
members as they come due in 2015 - unanimous
approval.
4. Chapter will send one attendee to the National SHRM
Volunteer Leader Summit in D.C., which is paid for by
national SHRM – unanimous approval.
5. Chapter will pay for board and leadership members’
registration to attend the CWSHRM spring conference;
Chapter encourages board/leadership member
participation and requests their assistance to put the event
on; registrations should be sent to Ruder Ware as in the
past; they will have list of board/leadership members that
will be paid by CWSHRM – unanimous approval.

Northern Valley Workshop – CWSHRM Assistance with Mock
Interviews – Brief and Update




Northern Valley is seeking HR professionals to assist with
mock interviewing disabled individuals to promote job search
skills
Volunteer approximately 1 hour of time
Workforce Readiness will work on this initiative and be
liaison with Northern Valley
Working on scholarships for spring conference and reduced
registration for students at spring conference
Also considering organizing mock interviews for students
also to assist with job search skills
