SUBJECT: 2013 Prince Hall Shrine Souvenir Journal Program
The Nobles of Luxor Temple #202 and the Daughters of Luxor Court #188, Daughters of Isis
are hosting their annual Potentate/Commandress Ball in honor of Illustrious Potentate
Joseph Summerville #202 and Illustrious Commandress Jacquelin Kohlasch #188. In support
of this auspicious event, the Temple and the Court are co-sponsoring a commemorative
Souvenir Journal.
The 2013 Potentate and Commandress Ball will be held July 20, 2013, at the MCM Elegante
Hotel, 2020 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. We are asking our friends and supporters
to assist us in this endeavor by purchasing an advertisement.
The prices of the advertisements are listed on the attached contract. Photographs may be
either black and white or color, but must be of extremely good quality. POLAROID
PHOTOGRAPHS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The deadline for submissions will be July 6, 2013. Please return the advertising contract,
narrative, and photographs to either the mailing address or any of the e-mail addresses listed
below (e-mail is preferred). Send check or money order for the full amount to the address
below.
