Dear Parents
Year 5 & Year 6 Parents’ Information Evening – Wednesday, 9th September
A very warm welcome to you all at the start of the new academic year.
I would like to invite all Year 5 & Year 6 parents to our Parents’ Information Evening which takes place on
Wednesday, 9th September. Parking, for those that require it, will be available on the Prep School playground.
All parents are invited to congregate in the Prep Hall from 7pm. We will have welcome refreshments and my
colleagues and I will be available to chat to you. Following this, each year group will then move to a different
location in school to talk about each year group in more detail. The talks will cover aspects of the curriculum and
day to day life at the Prep School. They should also present an opportunity for you to meet informally with your
child’s form teacher and chat with other parents.
It would be greatly appreciated, given the timescale, if the reply slip below could be completed and returned to school
no later than Monday 7th September so that we can make the necessary catering and room arrangements.
I look forward to seeing you very soon. As always, if you have any concerns or queries, please do not hesitate to
speak with either myself or your child’s form teacher.
