Dear parents/carers
Open Classrooms
Next Wednesday, 24th June is our Open Classrooms session from 9.15am to 10.30am. We
welcome everyone from our school family (parents, carers, grandparents, aunts or uncles) to
come and spend a little time sharing with the children some exciting learning. You are very
welcome to visit all classrooms regardless of where your children might be in the school.

Year 4 – ‘Forest Frames’

FOS Fun Day Rounders’ Match - Children Versus Parents- are you up for the
challenge?
We are recruiting a parent rounders team to take on our children’s team at the Summer Fair
on 9th July. Please let me know if you are interested and want to sign up. Don’t worry if you
have forgotten how to play or the rules; we will coach you beforehand!
Larks and Owls
Thank you to all parents who already returned a slip for September to book their child a place
at our Larks and Owls club. If you haven’t already and would like to do so, additional form
can be obtained through the school office or in the Larks and Owls cub room.
Uniform
We have received new uniform stock ready for September. If you would like to order any
items of uniform, a form can be obtained either from the school website or the school office.
Facebook
Many of you have already ‘liked’ our Facebook page to receive quick reminders of school
events. If you haven’t already but would like to, simply search for North Hykeham All Saints
CE Primary School and click like.
Sports Day
All the points have now been collated and St Patrick’s House has been awarded the winning
team cup.

FOS Summer Fair
The FOS is having their Summer Fun day on Thursday 9th July, including stalls, tombola,
raffle, bouncy castles, refreshments and more.
Please support us by donating prizes for our raffle and food items for our tombola, teddies,
second hand toys in good condition. A letter regarding hamper prizes has been sent out
separately.
We also need help in setting up the fair, and selling on our stalls, please let Mrs Laughton
know if you are able to help in any way.
Remember all the money raised by FOS will be used to buy new equipment and resources
for all the children.
