Course description: The course starts with teaching pharmaceutical processes such as milling, drying, mixing and sterilization. Then the second part is focused on tablet manufacturing and coating processes and extended release dosage forms. Course outcomes: The students are acquainted with the principles of some pharmaceutical processes, tablet formulation and manufacturing in addition to the principles of extended release dosage forms.
