This document provides information and instructions for preparing an abstract (or the full-length paper) for the AIDAA2015 Conference (17-19 November 2015, Politecnico di Torino, Italy). 1 INTRODUCTION Authors should submit the abstract electronically via www.aidaa2015.it before April 30, 2015. The abstract should be written following the format of this template. Only pdf files can be uploaded. If the abstract is accepted (by May 15, 2015), the authors must submit a full-length paper (max 20 pages) using the same format of this template. The submission of the full-length paper is mandatory, and should be uploaded on www.aidaa2015.it before September 10, 2015. The early registration date is May 31, 2015. The deadline for payment of the conference fee is September 25, 2015. Papers unpaid after this date will be removed from the final program. Each registered delegate can present no more than one paper. Further information can be found at the conference webpage: www.aidaa2015.it First A. Author, Second B. Author and Third C. Coauthor. 2 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS The Abstract (and the paper) must be written in English. The abstract must have a maximum length of 2 pages. The full-length paper must have a maximum length of 20 pages. 3 TITLE, AUTHORS, AFFILIATION, KEY WORDS The first page must contain the Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Key words and the Summary. The Introduction must begin immediately below, following the format of this template. 3.1 Title The title should be written centered, in 14pt, boldface Times, all capital letters. It should be single spaced if the title is more than one line long. 3.2 Author The author's name should include first name, middle initial and surname. 3.3 Key words Please, write no more than six keywords. 4 FIGURES All figures should be numbered consecutively and captioned, and should be embedded in the Paper. Figure 1: Caption goes here. 6 EQUATIONS A displayed equation is numbered, using Arabic numbers in parentheses. It should be 2 First A. Author, Second B. Author and Third C. Coauthor. centered, leaving a 6pt space above and below to separate it from the surrounding text.
