2015 How To:Technology Share a Document in OneDrive Training 1) After uploading or creating a new file in OneDrive, you can now share the document. Click on the Ellipsis next to the document that you would like to share. Click on Ellipsis to share Click “Share”. 2) The Share dialog box will appear. Type in the names of the people you would like to share the document with and give them “Can Edit” or “Can view” rights. Include a personal message that they will see in their email when you share the document. Keep in mind this message is the first thing that they see when looking at the document link. Click “Share”.
