Introduction
Contributions to the CRCSWPS should be supplied in pdf file format. Abbreviations are
allowed but should be spelt out in full when first used. Integers ten and below are to be spelt
out. Italicise foreign language phrases (e.g., inter alia).

Authors are encouraged not to over-structure their papers and not to go beyond three
header levels.

Equations
The equations are typeset in 10 pt size, centered. Equation numbers are right aligned. In
MathType please set the font size to 10 pt. Displayed equations should be numbered
consecutively in the paper, with the number set flush right and enclosed in parentheses:

Footnotes
Footnotes should be numbered sequentially in superscript Arabic numerals (e.g. 1). Footnotes
are to be single spaced in 8 pt Times New Roman.
Illustrations and Photographs
Figures are to be inserted in the text nearest their first reference and to be sequentially
numbered in Arabic numerals. The caption must be placed below the figure. Typeset in 10 pt
Times New Roman with single line spacing. Use double spacing between a caption and the
text that follows immediately.
Fig. 1. This is the caption for the figure. If the caption is less than one line then it needs to be manually centered.
Previously published material must be accompanied by written permission from the author
and publisher.

Tables
Tables should be inserted in the text as close to the point of reference as possible. Note that
tables only have horizontal thin lines. Some space should be left above and below the table.

line then it is centered. Long captions are justified to the table width

This section should come before the References and be be single-spaced in 10 pt Times New Roman including
the header.
Appendix A. This is the Appendix
Appendices should be used sparingly and only when additional detail is crucial to the paper.
Referencing
Referencing should follow the Chicago Referencing Style.
