Week 10 Digital Project (required) Due Sunday, Nov 1, 10 pm. This week I want you to delve into the life of students at St Ignatius College during its first half-century down on Roosevelt Road. You will explore different sources that provide insight into the lives of students at St. Ignatius College between 1870 and 1920. Sources include the Vice President’s diary, scrapbooks, course catalogues, and photo albums. You will sign up in advance for the source that you want. Note all but the scrapbooks (#s 8 and 9) are available online. If you want to work with a scrapbook which is very cool! – you will have to make an appointment in Special Collections for either Thursday or Friday of this week. Unlike previous week’s assignments, which have relied heavily on other digital platforms, you only need to use WordPress this week. But use the blogging platform to the fullest! Think about the images you might want to post, the hyperlinks you might want to make, or any other functionalities you might want to try out.
