Complete information about the final and overall course grades must be announced through the Student
information system (SIS) only! The lecturers are strictly forbidden to give it orally or in some other way
apart from SIS!
Only those students who got F as overall course grade are eligible to do the makeup exam.
Makeup exam has to have the same weight as the final exam!
The lecturer cannot administer the final exam in the presence of only one student.
Examination period is determined by the Academic Calendar.
Overall course grades will be entered to the SIS by Course holder.
SIS will be opened for the overall course grade entrance from 21.01.2014 to 31.01.2014. (Based on Law of
Higher Education Canton Sarajevo, “Službene novine Kantona Sarajevo, no: 43/08, 18/10 i 15/13“, Article
64, paragraph 3).


Student can apply for the insight into final exam from 03.02.2014 to 05.02.2014 (3 days) by bringing
delivering INSIGHT INTO FINAL EXAM form signed by Student Affairs Officers. Form can be taken in the
Student Affairs Office. If mentioned conditions are fulfilled, professor is obliged to make the final exam
review.
24 hours after Insight into final exam student has right to appeal for commission to review his/her final
exam or from 03.02.2014 to 05.02.2014.

All final exam papers, term project papers, and all other relevant documents should be submitted to the
IUS Archive office 5 working days after Makeup exam period is over (13.02.2014). All these documents
should be collected in one folder. Folder should have sticker with the Course code, course name, name of
the course holder and semester.
The overall course grade report should be printed in two copies and signed by both, the lecturer and the
Dean. One copy should be delivered to the IUS Archive Office together with the all other documents
related to the course. Second copy should be delivered to the Student Affairs Office on the day of
publishing the overall exam grades in the SIS.
