Criteria
Applicants must be graduating seniors at Kentridge High School and having lettered in tennis.
Instructions: Applicants will submit an application package consisting of:
[1] Achievements in tennis including number of varsity letters and progress through tournaments
leading towards state competition;
[2] Academic achievements including an official high school transcript;
[3] Community involvement;
[4] Participation in fund raising activities;
[5] Two or more letters of recommendation, at least one being from a Kentridge teacher; and
[6] 200-400 word essay on “My plans for my continuing education”.
All information requested below should be printed clearly or typed.
