For the safety of everyone attending, the Operation LZ Committee has implemented the
following rules. Making yourself familiar with our policies will help make your Operation
LZ experience go smoothly.

One vehicle is allowed at your campsite, but must fit in your campsite dimensions.

Please keep talking, singing, radios, televisions, etc. at a volume that will not disturb other guests.
No amplified PA systems, DJs, or sound systems will be allowed or operated in any camping
area.

Please be courteous to your neighbors. Have fun but respect others. Anyone acting abusive or
causing trouble will be removed from the festival grounds.

Please do not leave your hose unattended and hooked up to water.

Please respect the beauty of the park and keep your campsite clean throughout the weekend.
Bag all trash and place it alongside the road for pick up each morning. We appreciate your help in
keeping the campgrounds clean. All campsites must be cleaned and all camping equipment
removed by 5 PM on Sunday August 30th. Anything left behind will be considered garbage and
will be disposed of.

Please do not park or abandon vehicles on the campground roads. Illegally parked vehicles will
be ticketed and or towed at owner’s expense.

Alcohol is only allowed in your camping area or the fenced in beer garden.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are campfires allowed?
Sorry, no campfires allowed. You may use a propane fire pit or barbeque – but always have a fire
extinguisher nearby.
Are pets allowed on the campgrounds?
Yes, but please remember to clean up after your four legged companion and keep them on a
leash at all times. Pets are NOT permitted in the buildings or shower houses.
Are there on-site showers?
Yes there are onsite showers.
Do campsites have water hookups?
There are no water or sewer hookups on individual campsites. There are several water hydrants,
please do not leave hoses unattended. Dump Stations are available at Pammel Park
Are generators allowed?
Yes, they are allowed as long as they are built into your camper or RV and the shutdown
hour is 10:30PM, no exceptions
Transportation on the Campgrounds and Emergency Numbers
To ensure the safety of everyone on the rally grounds here are the basic rules of use:

The main mode of transportation on the rally grounds during this time period will be gas
or electric golf carts, electric mobility scooters with three or four wheels, two-wheeled
Segway’s, bicycles, or the people movers.

Only electric mobility scooters with three or four wheels will be allowed inside the
buildings, tents, and pavilions.

Gas scooters and motorcycles may not be used on the main boulevard, John K. & Luise
Hanson Blvd., or any blacktop areas. They may be used to enter and exit the rally
grounds only.

Three- and four-wheeled ATVs, Gators or Kubota-type vehicles will not be allowed to be
driven for transportation on the rally grounds in any area. The only exception will be for
Operation LZ Staff, Winnebago Industries or other authorized usage.

All vehicles must obey the speed limit, which is 5 mph on the grounds. Vehicles must be
driven on the correct side of the road as posted. The walking traffic is also requested to
walk on the correct side of the road you share with the above vehicles. Walking traffic
has the right of way.

Cars or pickups will not travel the main boulevard at any time. The only exception will be
for Operation LZ Staff or Winnebago Industries Maintenance.

The blacktop boulevard is for pedestrians, golf carts and scooters as noted above.
Please pay attention to the signs at both ends of the boulevard and travel in the right
direction. The south street is for going to Friendship Hall and the north street is for
heading towards River Oaks.

Walkers are on the outside of the one-way and golf carts and propelled vehicles on the
inside. Walking traffic has the right of way. Anyone operating vehicles on the grounds
must have a valid driver’s license.
